A Moment of Neglect

Oops...its been a while since we last updated our blog...so sorry...but Angie's been busy with work and as for me, been busy with school..but fear not! Holidays back, exams over and finally,have the time to sit down infront of the computer, with a cup of cold icy lemon drink, not working but staring into space! Really sorry to keep you people waiting...will promise to upload some new stuff that we have made for the last bazaar soon. There will also be some musical boxes that my friend got back over from Japan, and he's intending to sell them off! we unanimously decided to make own boxes,rather than

going to some gift shop and get those ready made ones...

i've always believed in making more than buying...

don't you thing it just makes it all the more unique and special?

well, at least it's true for me! i'm a sucker for handmade stuff...

we haven't really got the time to document step by step, how to make the boxes... but we're intending (hopefully in the not-too-faraway future) to share and blog about the many creative ways that you can do to wrap and package the gifts for friends... so once the hustles and bustles of school is over, this' probably one of the first thing we'll do... heheh... maybe we can even get our mass comm friends to help us to make some home video versions or something (hee hee... hint hint)!? hahaha...

till we start getting more free time to think of everything else other than school, i'm afraid we'll have to suppress those lil' distracting impulses to get our hands dirty... ~sigh~ i hope we'll all get through this crunch period alive man!

A New Beginning...

Yohoo hoo...! The end of the historical period has come... like what they always say, all greeat things must come to an end... and so has our classic vintage series. Haha... looking at our classic series sure makes me feel old... :P maybe a little too mature, which i really duno if i am or not. =) Anywayz, it was really fun trying to come up with these few pieces in a moment of hurricanes and swirls (was trying to come out with it for andy and yuling's "the Travelling Closet")... over some sleepless nights and constant test of our nimble fingers! Hail to our fingers! Ok ok, enough of the crap, i oso not my england not very powderful... haha, so with this, we shall end our vintage series collection, but of course, if you desire, we will always be more then willing to cater to your needs. I actually thought of using the words ' fantasy' and 'fetishes' but Angelin disapproved. :P Ok, next coming up is our __ ... probably something magical...we haven really got down to the name of the series... hahaha. but you'll know when the time of magick is over...when we announce it over our blog later on! ~ Bags ~

they are allergic to all things delicious and tasty.

no chocolate cakes and ice-creams,

lattes and frappes, chilli and curry,

and anything and everything

thats sweet, salty, spicy, saucy and sticky.

these gastronomic delicacies that tickle and tempt our bottomless pits

will only do more harm than good to the bags.

since such risks cannot be avoided,

here's some ways to tenderly love and care for the bags:

gently wipe at the dirtied spot with a clean cloth

that's slightly dampened with warm water.

if the stain is really really stuborn, then rub the stains with a

clean cloth that's mildly soapy and damp.

this should help remove, if not, make the stains less visible.

~ Accessories ~

the materials used to design some of the accessories

cannot sustain multiple falls from great heights.

TABLE EDGES MAY BE DANGEROUS!

since all shimmery and shiny chains and components are

either 14k gold plated or rhodium plated,

one way to retain and preserve the colours of the accessories, is to:

wipe them with a slightly dampened cloth

to remove the greasy, acidy culprits that eats up the colours.

(this is especially true for necklaces and bracelets

that you've worn for the whole, hot and sunny day.)

though earrings, necklaces and bracelets (especially)

are suitable for everyday wear,

they are still rather delicate...

as pretty as they may look when adorned,

they need to be worn with a certain degree of care...

so please take care of the adoptees

as they are designed and produced with much love from the two of us!

is to be gentle while handling and cleaning them.
